We want you and your giant cat to be happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Conditions All of the following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:
- Item must be completely unused and in its original, undamaged packaging
- All original tags, accessories, and parts must be included
- Item must show no signs of use, assembly, or installation
- Return request must be submitted and approved before sending the item back — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded
How to Return Submit your return request through our contact page at www.purrgiants.com within the 14-day window. Returns sent without prior approval will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases except damaged or incorrect items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For heavy or oversized items, return shipping costs may be significant and are solely the customer's responsibility.
International Shipments Some products ship from our international warehouse. Return shipping costs for these items may be considerably higher due to the international origin. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Delivery times for internationally shipped products are average estimates only and may vary. PurrGiants is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Extended delivery times due to such factors do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
Order Tracking For products shipped from our international warehouse, full tracking may not be available for the entire delivery journey. Tracking information is provided where available, but last-mile delivery updates may be limited.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence through our contact page at www.purrgiants.com. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before issuing a replacement or refund. A return may be required at our discretion.
Refunds Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions stated above.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Used, assembled, or installed products
- Items not in original packaging
- Hygiene and grooming products that have been opened or used
- Personalized or custom items
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned without prior approval
