Where We Ship We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time Delivery times vary depending on the product and its origin:

  • Products shipped from our US warehouse: estimated 3–10 business days after dispatch
  • Products shipped from our international warehouse: estimated 7–14 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are average estimates only and may vary. Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, customs clearance, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Extended delivery times due to such factors do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

International Shipments Some products ship from our international warehouse. Delivery times for these products may be longer than standard US shipments. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number where available. For products shipped from our international warehouse, full tracking may not be available for the entire delivery journey. Tracking information is provided where available, but last-mile delivery updates may be limited.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us through our contact page at www.purrgiants.com and we will investigate with the carrier. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately through our contact page at www.purrgiants.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched.
