Welcome to PurrGiants. By accessing or placing an order through www.purrgiants.com, you agree to the following terms.
1. About Us PurrGiants is an independent online retailer specializing in premium products for large cat breeds. Website: www.purrgiants.com
2. Products We sell pet products designed for large cat breeds. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual item.
3. Orders By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing.
You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.
4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment methods available through Shopify Payments. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Shipping We ship to the United States. Estimated delivery times vary by product and location. Products shipped from our US warehouse typically arrive within 3–10 business days. Some products ship from our international warehouse — estimated delivery for these products is 7–14 business days. Delivery times are average estimates only and may vary.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
For products shipped from our international warehouse, full tracking may not be available for the entire delivery journey. Tracking information is provided where available, but last-mile delivery updates may be limited.
6. Returns & Refunds You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be completely unused and in their original packaging, with all original tags, accessories, and parts included. Return requests must be submitted and approved through our contact page at www.purrgiants.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For heavy or oversized items, return shipping costs may be significant. For products shipped from our international warehouse, return shipping costs may be considerably higher.
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence through our contact page at www.purrgiants.com. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before issuing a replacement or refund. A return may be required at our discretion.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
The following items are non-returnable: used, assembled, or installed products; items not in original packaging; opened or used hygiene and grooming products; personalized or custom items; items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.
7. Liability & Product Safety We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
PurrGiants operates as a retailer and does not manufacture the products sold on this website. All products must be assembled and used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions provided with the product.
PurrGiants shall not be held liable for any injury, death, property damage, or loss — including harm to or death of animals — arising from:
- Incorrect or improper assembly of any product
- Misuse or use contrary to the intended purpose
- Failure to follow safety guidelines or manufacturer instructions
- Normal wear and tear or product degradation over time
- Unsupervised use by pets or children
By purchasing from PurrGiants, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for the safe assembly, installation, and ongoing use of all products. We strongly recommend inspecting all products regularly for signs of wear and replacing them as needed.
We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or free from errors.
8. Intellectual Property All content on www.purrgiants.com — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of PurrGiants and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
